A resident came to my home this week complaing about the leaves in the culverts on Green Meadow Circle that was blocking the flow of water out of their neighbor's yards. As I have stated in the past for the water to get out of our city we must all make an effort to keep the culverts in our yards cleaned out. If possible it would be great if our residents would keep the culvets clear and the concrete culverts clear that are behind the properties especially on Green Meadow Court and Stivers Road, and anyplace else where MSD has installed culverts and/or drainage ditches.
